Alright, so finally, this app is out.

I was most excited when I
thought about the possibility of using this app to test your reflex,
especially after having a couple of drinks, and then you're thinking of
driving, its hard to tell how bad your reflex are until you try.
I'm
a big fan of quantitative measures, so here's one way you can prevent a
slow self to macho-ly get into his car after having a couple of drinks.
Average
time I get on an average day is 0.33s, if i sit down and try hard, i
could get to 0.29s. Then you can always try to use your intuition.
I
noticed also that the only way to really score a quick time is to have
your muscles all nearly at the point of shaking, and then just let the
gunshot awaken your sense. Thats a concept that we had in kendo and that
Olympians use as well, when you want to exert energy for any kind of
movement, you will react faster if your muscles are already engaged and
ready to fire. You will be surprised to see how much more you can gain
just by leaning forward,... weight on the front leg, just like in kendo,
ready to attack... waiting... right until you see the opening... you've
already attacked (says bruce lee)
